The information that we collect

Next Research processes your personal data for the reasons mentioned above on the basis that:​in part, on our legitimate interests in promoting and protecting Next Research, building and maintaining relationships. recruitment, and providing our services;in part, on your consent, for example if you request a demonstration, or send a message through the Sites email features, or for business purposes that support web operations such as understanding and enhancing the quality of your experience on our websites; in part, to comply with the law, when certain information is necessary to satisfy our legal or regulatory obligations.

Security of information

Next Research has applied generally accepted grades of technologies and operational safety to shield your personal data from misuse, loss, leak, alteration or discretion. Only legitimate and authorised Next Research employees plus third party service providers may be granted access to your personal data, and are obligated to treat your information as confidential. However, despite these measures, we cannot and do not guarantee that unauthorised persons will not access your personal data.

Data retention

Next Research keeps personal information, when and as necessary, for the full length of pertaining business relationships. ​In cases that we need to protect ourselves against legal claims, historical and analytical record keeping we may keep your personal information for longer than the duration of the business relationship.
